Personal Finance lesson 10

Waking up early is one way to get more done.It gives one more time to get dressed, eat breakfast and practice proper hygiene. Being productive also consists of reading books, learning new things, practicing hobbies, working out, eating healthy, doing art, E.T.C. Being productive does not always mean finishing school or work and doing things other people expect one to do. Doing things faster will help get more out of one’s day as well, because then one will have more time to do more, and will also find that one will have more freetime. Freetime can also be beneficial because it means that one has already finished all of one’s projects and will be able to start new projects for the next day and keeping one from being bored and non-productive.

Making a schedule is a great way to organize one’s productivity. Having a organized daily morning routine can make the day less stressful and even making an everyday organizing schedule to keep a todo list. Keeping a schedule or a todo list

Will be a constant reminder for doing productive things instead of non-productive things.

Exercising is also a way to stay happy, fit, and productive. It will also give one more energy and will power to do more. Exercising will also release endorphins that will make someone feel good and happy after a workout. Exercising in the morning is a good idea for when one feels sad, needs motivation, and needs more energy. It is recommended to exercise at least once or twice a day because it is one of the best ways to be productive and to get more done throughout the day and is a great time consuming project to do during free time.

Eating healthy, drinking a lot of water, and staying active will bring  happiness and motivation. It is a good idea to explore nature outside and start projects and do things that make one happy and productive.

History of the seven years war

The Seven years war (1756-1763) was known in America as the French and Indian war. The global conflict expanded throughout 5 continents. Every european great power was involved except the ottoman empire, since the ottoman empire bordered the russian empire along the crimea sea, they had tension with russia. The ottoman empire had a weaker military so they avoided the war.

The affected continents include, Europe, America, west Africa, India, and the Philippians. While the Spanish, French and British fought over America’s colonies, Prussia faced off against Austria, Russia, France, and Sweden. Britain ends up winning the war and colonizing most of the new world, though the french had claimed most of Canada and the great lakes in 1750s

My favorite type of music.

Everyone has different styles, and genres of music. It can vary between, classical, pop, rock, country, and many more. In this essay i will talk about my favorite genre that i feel most connected to.

My favorite type of music is classical.I have always loved beethoven the most at an early age.

I would always listen to all of Beethoven’s piano concertos and symphonies, So much that i would sing the melodies all by heart. At the age of 8,or 9 I started to play the piano, i learned some of my favorite pieces from Beethoven, like pathetique, tempest, moonlight sonata, and für elise.

Classical music itself is truly fascinating. It’s can come in forms of an entire symphony orchestra, or a single violinist or pianist. A composer does not have to follow the same formula as another composer and it would still be considered classical, any change to lyrics or instrumental in pop, could change the entire genre.

Describe a bad day that you had and how you handled it.

Lesson 20 english.

Everyone has bad days, and everyone needs to learn to cope with them one way or another. Somedays it feels as if nothing good will ever happen to you, or as if the whole world is against you. In this essay I will be focusing on the worst day of my life, and how I dealt with it.

It was an early Monday morning and I woke up for school, and I had an orthodontist appointment so I was going to be a little late, on top of the The traffic being really bad. My first class was P.E and we were supposed to have a dance presentation, but because I was so late I had missed it completely. At the end of class I got a lecture from the teacher for missing the presentation and “letting my team down”.

Later that day we all went to lunch. Since it was Monday we had pizza (my favorite) but i wasn’t able to eat it because of my braces, and my teeth were hurting so bad. I had to sit by myself so that i didn’t have to watch anyone eat pizza in front of me. I ended up getting shrimp and noodle soup. After lunch I started heading to math, and had to do a test that I didn’t know we had, and didn’t study for.

It was 3:30 and I headed to carpool to get picked up. I got in the car and started to suddenly feel really weird. I didn’t think much of it, so I ignored it for the rest of the ride home. When we got home I got dressed for my tennis lesson. By that time  the weird feeling turned into a nauseous stomach ache, as I was hitting I couldn’t concentrate on any instruction, and me being weird socially, I didn’t say anything and toughed it out. We got home and i laid on the couch, and my mom suggested that I eat something. As soon as I looked at the food I threw up all over the floor and couch. 10:00 pm and I was still throwing up the shrimp noodle soup from earlier. I found out the next day that a rat had gotten into the soup. I brought my own food to school from then on.

20,000 Leagues Under the Sea Book Report

lesson 15 english.

The book 20,000 leagues under the sea, was written in 1869, and published in 1870.

The book was written by jules verne, who was a prolific french novelist who is known for writing,

Around the World in Eighty Days, and Journey to the Center of the Earth.

Before i give you my opinion on the book i will give you a quick summary

In 1886 dr. Aronnax receives a letter of invitation to go on a hunt a large whale or “sea monster” that was destroying ships, he decides to accept and bring his assistant conseil along with him. After a while of searching and with no luck, they decide to cancel the mission. During a storm the “sea monster” attacks their ship. During the attack, Aronnax gets thrown overboard along with Ned, and his assistant conseil. They discover the “sea monster” was an underwater submarine called Nautilus submarine. Aronnax, Ned land, and conseil get captured by the submarine’s captain, Captain Nemo. They were held captive for 10 months as they Adventured, explored and traveled to different places.

Conseil is known as dr. aronnax “trusty and loyal assistant.” conseil has proved his loyalty throughout the book several times. An example of this is when Aronnax fell overboard conseil jumped in after him in an attempt to save him, proving his loyalty. For this reason I have grown to like conseil for his loyalty to aronnax.

Dr. Aronnax is the Narrator of the book, and the main character, he enjoys the sea, and the creatures within it. So he ends up enjoying the adventures in the Nautilus.

Captain Nemo secludes himself from civilization, to spend his life traveling the seven seas.

He is very unpredictable and has many sides to him. He ends up not sharing much about his past until he warms up to them.He later reveals that he is a trained engineer, and would sometimes reveal tragic events that happened earlier in his life.

I enjoyed the adventures, and the thrills of the book. The author did a good job with setting up tension. For example My favorite part of the book is where they were stuck in an iceberg and to escape they had to chip away at the iceberg with pickaxes. After a few days the air supply starts running low and since they are stuck they are unable to refill their air supply. In the final few seconds they are able to return above water.

What I didn’t like about the book was that I thought they would spend more time talking about the creatures, what they discovered, and learning about them. Otherwise I enjoyed the book very much and would definitely read it again. Overall i would give the book i 4.5 star rating

What are you 3 fav places to visit?

My first favorite place to visit in Florida.

Almost every summer me and my family take a trip somewhere to the beach in Florida.

We usually arrive at a resort, and stay for about a week. I love the palm trees, and tropical environment. I love the beach, and the water. Sometimes I find creatures like dolphins or starfish. Sometimes I find sand dollars or other fossils.

For my second favorite,I chose Mcdaniel farm. It is a walking trail that I have been walking on since I was around five years old. We would always call it our happy place, we even wrote a goofy song about it. I loved it had so many trails to deviate from and would feel like an adventure every time. It had wild animals like deer, rabbits, and snakes. I don’t like the snake part though. One time we were walking down to the creek and a snake jumped out at me under the rocks, luckily it didn’t bite me though. We have had many adventures there.

My final favorite is my mom’s work. She works as a dental technician, and sometimes she takes me and my brother to her lab. I know a lot of co-workers and dentists that have worked there since I was born, so I am very good friends with most of them. She has a little corner and a tv where me and my brother can sleep and play in. sometimes i help her with work and its really fun!

Lesson 10 english

What is your fav sport?

My favorite sport is tennis.I started playing when I was around 10 years old.

Since then I have always been fascinated by how pros cloud strike the ball so effortlessly.

I love being able to compete by myself, and not have to rely on other people. I have a sense of independence and control. Tennis forces you to be mature, hardworking, and control with emotions on the court, As it can be extremely frustrating. But it has taught me a lot of patience and hard work over the years. Unlike in any other sport you cannot be coached at all during the match. You have to expect to gain friends, and enemies along the way. But I love tennis above all that, and I am grateful for the people I have met and lessons it has taught me.

lesson 5 English

what is the furthest you have been from home?

When I was around five years old we moved to Germany to the US. When we arrived we lived at my moms parents house for a while, as we were waiting for our own home to be built. I called them “Oma” and “Opa” which is german for “grandma” and “grandpa.”

We ended up spending 2 or 3 christmases there. It almost always ends up snowing in Germany, when I was living in Georgia it almost never snowed. They also celebrate Christmas on the 24th of December instead of the 25th

it was definitely challenging living in a sort of unfamiliar country, even though I have visited before many times. I loved the memories and new experiences I made there!
